My career spans large corporations, consulting firms, and startups, with experience across financial services, telco, real estate, retail, and digital businesses.

I've led major experience redesigns, connected digital and human journeys, launched new products, and helped businesses unlock opportunities for growth. More recently, I've been exploring how AI can reshape both the products we create and the way we build them.

I have specialized training in neuroscience and digital marketing, which brings a broader perspective to my work, connecting human behavior, customer experience, and business strategy.
